Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Booqara platform, website, web portal, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using Booqara, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are using Booqara on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the service.

Booqara provides a software-as-a-service platform designed for service-based businesses, including salons, barbershops, clinics, personal trainers, and similar businesses. The service includes a branded booking website, owner and staff web portal, and mobile application for appointment scheduling, calendar management, staff coordination, and customer communications.

We may improve, update, or modify features from time to time to maintain security, performance, or usability. We may also discontinue features that are no longer practical to support, provided that any material change is communicated in a reasonable way.

To use Booqara, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your business name, email address, and other requested details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly so we can help secure it.

Booqara offers a 90-day free trial that includes full access to the selected plan's features. We do not automatically charge you at the end of the free trial unless you have affirmatively added a payment method and agreed to continue on a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate trial access if we reasonably believe a trial is being misused, duplicated, or accessed for fraudulent purposes.

Paid subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire billing term. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

We may change pricing in the future. If we do, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for your subscription. Continued use of the service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, your booking page pauses and your data is saved for 90 days. After 90 days all data is permanently deleted. Export available on request.

You agree not to use Booqara for illegal activity, fraudulent scheduling, spam, abusive conduct, or activity that interferes with the normal operation of the service. You may not misuse Booqara's email delivery, notifications, or communications tools to send deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that create security risks, abuse our infrastructure, violate these terms, or expose Booqara or other users to harm.

As between you and Booqara, you retain ownership of the customer, appointment, service, and business data you submit to the platform. Booqara processes that data solely to provide and improve the service, support your account, and meet legal or security obligations.

We do not sell your customer data to third parties. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions and providing any notices required to collect and use your customers' information through your business.

Booqara, the Booqara name, branding, software, designs, and related content are owned by Booqara Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain rights to your own trademarks, logos, photographs, copy, service descriptions, customer records, and other content you provide for use in your business's booking experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booqara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost appointments, or lost goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Booqara in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We aim to keep Booqara available and reliable and generally target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption whenever reasonably possible, and we will communicate significant maintenance in advance when practical.

Starter plans do not include a service-level agreement. Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, network interruptions, or third-party provider issues may occasionally affect service availability.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business needs. When we make material updates, we will post the revised version on this page and update the last-updated date.

Your continued use of Booqara after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Booqara service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
